AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer complimentary express DHL shipping with all Steven Khalil E-boutique orders.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, the following delivery time frames apply:
Metro areas: 1–2 business days
Regional areas: 2–3 business days
Metro Areas include: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, and Hobart.
Steven Khalil E-Boutique does not ship to P.O. Boxes and that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer complimentary express DHL international shipping with all Steven Khalil E-boutique orders.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
From the moment the order leaves our warehouse, the following delivery time frames apply:

– USA & CANADA 2-5 business days
– EUROPE 3-7 business days
– MIDDLE EAST 3-5 business days
– NEW ZELAND 2-3 business days
– SOUTH AMERICA 4-10 business days

Once orders are processed your parcel will be delivered within 2-10 business days, note timeframes given are an estimate only.
Please note duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note we are currently unable to ship to Russia, India, Brazil, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Iran, Africa and some other countries due to customs restrictions.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Once your order has been received and signed for at the specified shipping address, any liabilities due to loss or damage are not the responsibility of Steven Khalil E-Boutique.

 

RETURNS

You may return or exchange your order within 7 days from the date of order. You must first contact e-boutique@stevenkhalil.com and request a Returns Authorisation form. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid by you. Ensure that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, its original condition, and is unworn. All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection and must be received by our team within 7 days of the date of order for a credit note for the full purchase price amount. Any item considered faulty will be repaired and returned to you. A refund will only be given if the item is considered faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
